Our company started in 1948 when a young mechanical engineer from Boston named James J. Kelley founded Acme Engineering Co. The company’s main focus was large plan-and-spec work including hospitals, commercial buildings, and industrial plants. Our client base continued to grow, and in 1983 we changed our name to AAA Energy Service, restructuring to become a full-service Design-Build-Maintain HVAC/R company.
Over the past seven decades, we have continued to develop into a full-service Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) contractor. From audit and design to installation and maintenance, our goal is to be your single source for any HVAC/R need for the life of your commercial, industrial, or institutional facility.
Our dedicated staff of professionals have a wide range of knowledge and expertise, and we provide our customers with the best service possible.
Today, AAA employs 75 people with an annual volume of more than 18 million dollars. We serve businesses in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont, with three branches in Auburn New Hampshire, Scarborough, Maine, and Pittsfield, Maine.
